Job summary

Incite Insight seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect for a 16-week digital transformation contract in the UK. The role involves assessing the current digital and technology landscape, identifying transformation opportunities, and shaping the Digital & IT Strategy with concrete, pragmatic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will work within a small transformation team, combining hands-on architectural analysis with strategic direction, ensuring feasibility, scalability and alignment

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience with digital transformation programmes.
• Public-sector experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of cloud strategy and architecture.
• Legacy system modernization experience.
• Integration architecture and patterns.
• Governance and technical governance understanding.
• Experience assessing complex existing technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Review current technology landscape, including systems, integrations, hosting and data flows.
• Assess architectural maturity, constraints, risks and opportunities.
• Participate in interviews and technical workshops with IT, digital and business stakeholders.
• Contribute architectural input to the current-state digital maturity assessment.
• Review and refine the organisation’s Digital & IT Strategy from an architectural perspective.
• Identify gaps relating to technology choices, architecture, governance, security and delivery readiness.
• Help develop a sequenced and costed digital transformation roadmap.
• Present architectural findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
