Job summary

Opus People Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a capable Insight Analyst to join a professional services firm known for its awards and reputation. The role focuses on turning customer, market and business data into actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions.

You will consolidate information from across the business, identify trends, synthesise insights and present clear findings to senior stakeholders, supporting planning, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in an Insight Analyst, Customer Insight, Business Analysis or similar analytical role.
• Experience working within Professional Services
• Experience synthesising information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations
• Experience producing reports, presentations and management information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience within a regulated financial services environment
• Experience working with customer feedback, survey data, CRM data or market research
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer tools or taxonomy development
• Familiarity with Power BI, CRM platforms and data visualisation tools

Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer, market and business insight into a central, accessible repository
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
• Develop clear recommendations that support business priorities and decision-making
• Produce insight reporting, presentations and executive summaries for a range of stakeholder audiences
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Client Experience and Commercial teams to support planning and strategic initiatives
• Identify insight gaps and support further analysis or research where required
• Contribute to the development of insight governance, processes and best practice
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adapting messages for different audiences
• Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining focus on commercial and strategic priorities
• Naturally curious, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Confident using data and insight to influence thinking and support decision-making
