Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Team Leader. We seek a candidate experienced in mentoring and developing colleagues, driven to boost sales activity, and capable of inspiring their team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against KPIs, and conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings.
  • Engaging with customers and acting as the team’s primary contact for queries.
  • Assessing team members' skills, providing mentoring, and scheduling appropriate training.
  • Overseeing daily sales activities, CRM updates, opportunity management, vendor training, and engagement.

We are looking for someone with experience in a target-driven sales environment, capable of managing and coaching a team to maximize sales activity.

  • You should understand internal sales functions and how to motivate and support your team.
  • Experience managing KPIs and identifying training needs is essential.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and activity management is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with comfort in various communication styles.

Knowledge of IT hardware and services is advantageous, but we primarily seek candidates with direct sales experience in sectors like IT, mobile phones, broadband, or B2B environments. If this describes you, click apply for immediate consideration.
