Job summary

System Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support Shipping to join our Southampton office. The role focuses on handling calls, emails, and liaising with customers and overseas offices to provide pricing for FCL/LCL exports and imports.

You will build supplier and client relationships, generate leads with external sales, and work toward higher conversion through proactive account development.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Logistics or Deep-sea shipping.
• Experience as Freight Forwarder or with a shipping line is desirable.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Quote customers to defined KPI's providing good customer service.
• Build relationships with suppliers and clients alike, to the benefit of the business.

Leading company providing international freight shipping solutions currently has a requirement to recruit an experienced Inside Sales Support Shipping. The position will be based at the Southampton office.

Your role will include general duties, answering incoming calls, liaising with customers and overseas offices by phone and email. International Logistics, Deep-sea shipping experience either as a Freight Forwarder or with a Line is desired. Full training will be provided.
