Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inside sales and counter personnel.

• Monitor attendance, support hiring, and performance reviews.
• Analyze trends and contribute to action plans to improve service.
• Liaise with suppliers for returns.
• Oversee credit management and collections.
• Organize product training for team and vendors.
