Job summary

DMA Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing Total Waste Management company seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Cheltenham. You will drive new business with outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries, building relationships with decision makers and managing the sales pipeline.

Based in Cheltenham, this office-based role offers a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 with uncapped commission, full training, and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or customer service environments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy sales office.
• Comfort with targeted outbound activity and inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Take inbound and web enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build relationships with decision makers.
• Follow up leads and maintain your pipeline.
• Prepare quotes and close new business.
• Pass larger opportunities to the field sales team when needed.
• Process orders accurately and maintain the CRM.
