Job summary

DMA Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join the sales team in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Cheltenham and Bath to drive new business across the region. This role is not a call centre; you will be a proactive, multi-tasking contributor in a busy office where activity is generated by you and the team.

You will handle outgoing and incoming sales with a focus on building relationships and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B service-led sales is preferred.
• Waste/ recycling/ facilities background not essential.
• Open to candidates from various non-call-centre sales backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Take inbound and web enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Build relationships with decision makers.
• Follow up leads and maintain your pipeline.
• Prepare quotes and close new business.
• Pass larger opportunities to the field sales team where appropriate.
• Process orders accurately and keep the CRM up to date.
