Job summary

BauWatch is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive in Northampton to generate quality outbound leads, follow up inbound inquiries, and support the external sales team. You will perform cold calls, manage CRM, upsell, and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in outbound sales or telesales.
• Experience with lead/appointment generation campaigns and CRM.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers with after-sales service.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Use virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Advise customers on suitable product selections.
• Create a sales pipeline reflecting prospects' stage in buying process.
• Follow up on inquiries via website, LinkedIn, social media, emails, and calls.
• Arrange face-to-face meetings with Field Sales Representatives.
