CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to help expand revenue across established customer portfolios. The role will be based in either Liverpool or Manchester, offering an entry point into a career in sales and account management, working with Field Sales and internal teams to identify opportunities and develop customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or internal sales role.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships.
• Confident in engaging customers via phone, email and virtual channels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate and proficient with MS Office suite.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics desirable.

Responsabilités

• Generate customer interest and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer, market and database research in targeted sectors.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and responses to customer requests.
• Support Field Sales by qualifying prospects and assisting with customer visits.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Develop understanding of products, services and value propositions.
• Support RFQs, MBRs, QBRs and sales reporting activities.
• Act as a point of contact for escalating customer needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure processes and SOPs are followed in line with regulatory requirements.
