Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring an Inside Sales Executive based in London to grow revenue across customer portfolios. You will engage customers via outbound contact, perform research, and prepare quotes, proposals and responses while supporting field sales and cross‑functional teams.

You will qualify prospects, build relationships, and develop knowledge of CEVA's services and value propositions. The role includes RFQ support and sales reporting within a dynamic global logistics group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or internal sales role.
• Excellent communication; build strong relationships.
• Able to engage customers via phone and email; virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer interest and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer, market and database research in targeted sectors.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and responses to customer requests.
• Support Field Sales by qualifying prospects and assisting with customer visits.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, services and value propositions.
• Support RFQs, MBRs, QBRs and sales reporting activities.
• Act as a point of contact for escalating customer needs, working cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
• Ensure processes and SOPs are followed in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the wider Air & Ocean Sales team with additional projects.
