Qualifications

• Commercially minded with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or Customer Conversion / Acquisition.
• Graduate or experienced Customer Advisor role seeking sales career progression.
• Confident handling inbound and outbound activity with pace, resilience, and strong call control.
• Balance conversion, customer value, compliance, and long-term customer outcomes.
• Comfortable using systems, campaign lists, and performance feedback to improve daily results.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound sales enquiries into clean, high-quality customer orders.
• Work web leads, abandoned baskets, field-generated leads, and partner referrals to agreed contact standards.
• Use clear questioning to understand customer needs and recommend the right package.
• Work assigned leads promptly and consistently, maintaining notes, outcomes and next actions.
• Balance sales volume with ARPU, TCV, product mix, and long-term customer value.
• Share customer and competitor insight with the Commercial Manager to improve campaigns and handoffs.
