Job summary

Gigaclear, one of the UK's leading rural full fibre broadband providers, is hiring a commercially minded Inside Sales / Customer Conversion advisor. You will turn inbound and outbound demand into high-quality orders and support growth across a busy Growth POD.

With a structured sales apprenticeship possible, you’ll join a team focused on speed, accuracy, and value for customers. The role includes an occasional late shift and a Saturday, with time off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales / Telesales experience
• Graduate or aspiring Customer Advisor
• Able to handle inbound and outbound activity with pace and resilience

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound sales enquiries into high-quality orders
• Work web leads, abandoned baskets, and partner referrals to agreed contact standards
• Balance sales volume with customer value and compliance
• Contribute to daily POD performance and share customer/competitor insights
