Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Compliance Executive to join our team in Manchester. The role involves engaging with potential clients and managing existing accounts to ensure compliance and sales growth.

Key Tasks

  1. Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team, and developing your own pipeline of customers.
  2. Managing new and existing customer accounts.
  3. Developing sales opportunities.
  4. Cross-selling between verticals.
  5. Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.

Knowledge and Skills

  1. Collaborative and positive outlook.
  2. Confident and effective communicator.
  3. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

  1. Experience in outbound lead generation and telesales.
  2. Experience in transactional sales, closing/winning sales (preferably over the phone).
  3. Experience working in a customer-centric role over the phone.
  4. Experience in account management.

Personal Qualities

  1. The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, working towards KPIs such as revenue, sales volume, dial time, etc.
  2. Highly motivated by money and success.
