Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager for our Head Office in Telford. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing accounts, and delivering proactive service to achieve sales targets.

The position is office-based in Donnington, Telford, with a base salary of £26,227.50 per annum plus monthly commission. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. Benefits include holiday entitlement, pension, volunteering days, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Field Sales teams and other BDMs.
• Grow customer accounts through calls, email, and Teams.
• Deliver excellent service and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Create account development plans to maximise retention and growth.
• Own customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team success.

Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager

Lyreco is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, working towards targets and being rewarded for their success.

The Role

• Build strong working relationships with our Field Sales teams, including Business Development Managers, Senior Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives.
• Develop and grow customer accounts through proactive telephone calls, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Create account development plans to maximise customer retention and growth.
• Take ownership of customer queries and work with internal departments to provide timely resolutions.
• Work towards individual sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to team success.
