Join Vitalograph, a global leader in respiratory diagnostics with 60 years of innovation in medical devices and clinical trials. We’re growing—and seeking a results-drivenInside Sales Associate to support our UK & Ireland operations and drive sales excellence. Full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:
• Drive sales of Vitalograph and 3rd-party respiratory products and services
• Generate leads via inbound inquiries and proactive outreach (calls, emails)
• Qualify prospects and route them to field sales when needed
• Prepare accurate quotes, close deals, and hit targets
• Follow up on overdue service visits and upsell solutions
• Provide outstanding customer care, resolving queries and complaints
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
• Collaborate across sales, service, and marketing teams
• Contribute ideas for improving internal processes
• Participate in reports, forecasts, and team meetings

What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ GCSEs (including English) or equivalent
• Knowledge of the UK respiratory market a plus
• Strong communication, cold-calling, and sales skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Understanding of ISO standards, MDR, MDD, GCP preferred
