Noble Recruiting supports a long-standing client at their Southampton offices seeking an Inside Sales and Quotations Clerk. This permanent, on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with parking and excellent benefits discussed at interview.

Salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves quoting customers through the 360 portal and our in-house system, ensuring accurate, timely quotes and following up to secure bookings.

Competenze

• Experience in a shipping environment or customer service/sales within the last 6 months.
• Excellent customer service, confident telephone and email communication.
• Polite, friendly and approachable with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Quote customers using the 360 portal and in-house system, with training provided.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and returned quickly.
• Follow up quotes with customers by phone and gather information to secure bookings.
• Map competitors and feed back insights to management to improve conversions.

Noble Recruiting have the pleasure to support a wonderful, long-standing, and globally renown Client of ours at their Southampton Offices.

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales and Quotations Clerk to join our client who is expanding their team and it's very exciting times for them!

Permanent Position for you

Monday to Friday's - 9:00am to 5:30pm

On site position, free parking + fantastic benefits detailed at interview stage

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum - depending on experience

Your role would involve:

• Quoting customers using their 360 portal and in house system - training provided.
• Ensuring Quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around.
• Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking.
• Competition mapping.
• Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader.

Experience we are looking for:

• Must have recent, demonstrable experience working within a Shipping environment - Customer service or sales area within the last 6 months.
• Excellent Customer Service skills - confident to communicate via telephone and emails.
• Polite, friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Competent I.T. computer skills.
• Driver & own transport is desirable.
