Inside Business Development Representative - UK&I

Cyderes (Cyber Defense and Response) is a full-cycle cybersecurity services provider offering managed security services, identity and access management, and professional services to manage enterprise cybersecurity risks. We specialize in complex, multi-technology environments with agility to counter advanced cyber threats. Leveraging our global presence and extensive experience, we aim to accelerate our clients' cybersecurity outcomes through comprehensive services. About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with an outside sales representative in a UK&I territory, including cold calling, educating customers about Cyderes, uncovering opportunities, scheduling meetings/WebEx, and providing sales support such as order and quote entry, and deal registration.
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external partners, upholding Cyderes values.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure high partner satisfaction.
  • Prospect new partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, and ISV/technology vendors.
  • Partner with sales and channels teams to maintain coverage and positive relationships.
  • Communicate Cyderes's value proposition via phone to potential partners.
  • Utilize our CRM platform to manage the sales process and communication effectively.
  • Attend training sessions, trade shows, and other events as required.
  • Actively seek Managed Service opportunities and refer leads appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • 0–1 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive mindset.
  • Cybersecurity domain selling experience is preferred.
