The Position:

As an SDR, you will play a vital role in entering new accounts and building relationships at various levels within our target segments. Your daily tasks include collaborating with the sales team, researching markets to find potential customers, and qualifying leads based on their onboarding approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that convert into opportunities and sales.
  • Learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to developing our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Understand and support lead generation processes, marketing activities, prospect interactions, and the transition to Account Executives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
  • Experience selling into the UK&I market across various sectors.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and improve communication workflows collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working for an HR or Fintech company.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Experience working remotely in a distributed team.
