About the Role:

Are you a competitive self-starter passionate about sales? As a Business Development Representative, you will connect Cyderes to trusted brands and build relationships with industry thought leaders. In addition to uncapped commissions and top-tier sales training, you will impact the company's growth and global expansion while developing your career in a promote-from-within culture. You will work alongside talented professionals and open doors to a successful sales career.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on a team with an outside sales representative within a UK&I territory, including cold calling, educating customers about Cyderes, uncovering opportunities, scheduling meetings/WebEx, and providing sales support (order and quote entry, deal registration).
  2. Provide quality service to internal and external partners while upholding Cyderes values.
  3. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure high partner satisfaction and positive end-user experiences.
  4. Prospect for new partners, targeting value-added resellers, distributors, and ISV/technology vendors.
  5. Partner effectively with sales and channels teams to drive coverage and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Communicate Cyderes' value proposition via phone calls to potential partners.
  7. Utilize our CRM platform to manage the sales process and enhance communication.
  8. Attend and complete technology and sales trainings, as well as trade shows, as needed.
  9. Actively seek Managed Service opportunities and refer leads appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • 0–1 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive mindset.
  • Cybersecurity domain selling experience is preferred.
