N Family Club Weybridge is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity and confidence in young children through our play-based N Curriculum. You’ll support daily routines, plan development-focused activities, reflect on observations, and build strong relationships with families in a vibrant 55-place nursery in Weybridge town centre.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment.
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge are required.
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
- Support smooth daily routines – mealtimes to naptimes.
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean and engaging at all times.
