N Family Club in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity and confidence in each child using our play-based N Curriculum. You will lead learning through play, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a vibrant, supportive environment.

The role offers industry-leading training, coaching, and resources, with a focus on progression and wellbeing for both children and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Genuine passion for education and helping children.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum via play-based activities.
• Support daily routines from meals to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children; build strong relationships with families.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and engaging at all times.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
