• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and changing lives.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum and play-based approach.
• Support daily routines from meals to naptimes and observations.
• Create development-focused activity plans and assess progress.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and collaborate with the team.
