Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children grow.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum and play-based activities.
• Support daily routines from meals to nap times.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Observe, assess and plan for your key children; build relationships with families.
