N Family Club in Chertsey, Surrey is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. You will nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence in young children, delivering the N Curriculum through play and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Passion for education and positive teamwork.
• Confident communicator with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment; embed policies.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas.
