Job summary

N Family Club in Weybridge, Surrey is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our Nursery Education team. You will nurture curiosity and creativity in children, deliver the N Curriculum through play, and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes. Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
