Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join our Advisory and Programme Delivery unit. You will design innovation systems and deliver initiatives for Transport, Energy and Water projects across the UK, collaborating with engineering, environment and social experts while applying our innovation management playbook.

You will also contribute to transformation and digital projects within the Business Change portfolio, with access to AI Studio Copilot training and a dedicated mentorship
