Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an innovative consultant to join the Advisory and Programme Delivery unit, focusing on Transport, Energy and Water projects across the UK. You will report to the Innovation Director and manage client relationships while delivering technical and commercial value.

The role emphasises sustainable innovation, development of innovation approaches, and training in innovation management methodologies and AI Studio Copilot. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical service delivery for innovation projects.
• 10+ years consultancy experience within UK infrastructure sector.
• Chartered Management Consultant or Chartered Engineer.
• Degree qualified in technical or business discipline.
• Business development and client engagement skills.
• Commercial experience of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead technical and commercial delivery of value.
• Design innovation approaches and deliver innovation initiatives.
• Progress sustainable innovation on short-term projects and major infrastructure programmes.
