Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced innovation consultant to lead technical and commercial delivery on UK infrastructure projects. You will shape innovation strategies, engage with clients, and drive value across programmes with a collaborative, digital-first approach.

Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will progress sustainable innovation on short-term tasks and major programmes, while delivering training on modern innovation management techniques and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical service delivery for innovation projects.
• Consultancy experience of 10+ years within UK infrastructure.
• Chartered Management Consultant or Chartered Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead technical and commercial delivery of value for clients.
• Design innovation approaches and deliver innovation initiatives.
• Progress sustainable innovation on specialist shorter term projects and major infrastructure programmes.
• Provide innovation training and coaching using latest methodologies and AI Studio concepts.
