Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Innovation Consultant to join our Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit. You will lead technical service delivery for innovation projects across Transport, Energy and Water sectors, managing client relationships and delivering value for our UK clients.

Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will apply innovation management and design thinking, develop new business, and help shape strategic advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading technical service delivery for innovation project teams.
• Consultancy experience 10+ years within UK infrastructure sector.
• Chartered Management Consultant or Chartered Engineer.
• Degree qualified in technical or business discipline.
• Business development winning innovation services with excellent engagement skills.
• Commercial experience of project delivery.
