  • Support the Head of Customer Journey in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, including with core technology, to enhance service impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Technology Services to stay informed about technological opportunities and their potential application to core programmes.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements across the portfolio, leveraging customer and colleague feedback.
  • Work with Technology Services to review and assess new products, emerging capabilities, and technology opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Develop proof of concept proposals, test, evaluate, and, where successful, collaborate on translating these into supported live services and rollouts.
  • Lead user testing and utilize customer insight data to drive innovation.
  • Drive and test innovations from proof of concept to operational implementation.
  • Support the introduction and rollout of technology-based improvements.
Salary Range
  • Non-London applicants: £43,000 - £48,000
  • London applicants: £47,000 - £52,000

Qualifications & Experience
  • Preferably educated to degree level or with proven intellectual capability.
