Qualifications

  • Significant experience in FMCG innovation or marketing, ideally within the food industry.
  • Proven track record of launching successful, insight-led products that deliver commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of consumer research, category dynamics and brand growth strategies.
  • Experience managing complex projects through Stage Gate processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to build commercially sound business cases.
  • Highly competent in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Nielsen Answers and Kantar WorldPanel Online is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop consumer-led propositions that deliver category growth and commercial value.
  • Lead the end-to-end innovation process, ensuring projects are insight-driven and commercially viable.
  • Create compelling concepts for research and consumer testing.
  • Build robust business cases for new product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovation.
  • Manage timelines and budgets for innovation projects.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for proposals.
  • Monitor market performance of launched products and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with Intersnack Group colleagues to align on objectives.
