Job summary

Insight Select Limited in Sittingbourne is seeking an Inhouse Development Manager to drive prototypes from concept through to manufacture. You will oversee joinery and engineering for projects and work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver client-ready solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, CAD/CAM experience, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and documentation. On-site facilities include gym and parking, with future progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house prototype developments through to manufacture.
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects meet client needs.
• Oversee budgets, quality standards and timelines for projects.
• Create engineering and manufacturing documentation.
• Improve CNC, 3D Printing and production capabilities.
