Job summary

Sopra Steria Limited in Gloucestershire is seeking an Infrastructure Tester to join a dedicated team delivering secure, scalable solutions for Defence and Security. The role covers validating performance, reliability and security across complex environments and involves end-to-end integration testing and documenting results.

The role is onsite with flexible hours considered; you will work to improve testing approaches, tools and frameworks, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Validating and verifying infrastructure components, systems and networks to ensure performance, reliability and security requirements are met.
• Carrying out functional and non-functional testing across physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Performing end-to-end integration testing.
• Analysing test results and producing clear and accurate documentation.
• Managing test activities independently and contributing to project delivery.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of test approaches, tooling, and frameworks.
• Experience working in Infrastructure Test roles such as Infrastructure Test Support or Infrastructure Test Engineer.
• A strong technical background in Windows Client and Server operating systems across physical and virtual environments.
