Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. has a vacancy in Oxford for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a growing IT team. The role blends hands-on IT support with core infrastructure administration in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will support end-user services, maintain servers and networking gear, and help drive improvements in security, reliability and automation. The position is office-based in Oxford with an emphasis on teamwork and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support or IT Infrastructure Support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and VLANs.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and business IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the business.
• Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support tickets, escalating where appropriate.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment and office technology.
• Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues including VPN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
• Maintain IT asset registers, hardware inventory and documentation.
• Support backups, security updates and system maintenance.
