Job summary

PJT Partners’ London-based Infrastructure team is seeking an Associate to lead execution of infrastructure transactions, build complex models and drive valuation workstreams. You will work closely with Partners, Managing Directors and clients from day one across large-cap and mid-market opportunities.

The role emphasizes execution and business development, with cross-functional exposure and a lean team dynamic. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day execution of transactions.
• Build, review and own detailed infrastructure operating and financial models.
• Lead the business plan and valuation workstreams, identifying value and risk drivers.
• Prepare and take ownership of deliverables from pitch books to information memoranda and client presentations.
• Assist clients assess strategic options: acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, minority stake sales, and financing.
• Play an active role with clients and counterparties.
• Contribute to business development alongside Partners and MDs.
• Supervise, coach and train Analysts and Interns, review their work and set modeling standards.
