Job summary

PJT Partners is a global advisory-focused investment bank seeking an Associate for its Infrastructure team in London. The role focuses on executing transactions, building detailed financial and operating models, and leading valuation workstreams tied to asset-specific value and risk drivers.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of investment banking experience, strong modeling skills, and fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3–5 years of investment banking experience focusing on M&A.
• Deal experience advising infrastructure funds/corporates on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Strong hands-on experience building and reviewing complex infrastructure operating and financial models.
• Experience with IPOs or financing transactions is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day execution of transactions.
• Build, review and own detailed infrastructure operating and financial models.
• Lead the business plan and valuation workstreams, identifying value drivers and risks.
• Prepare and own deliverables from pitch books to information memoranda and client presentations.
• Assist clients in assessing strategic options: acquisitions, disposals, partnerships, minority stake sales, and related financings.
• Supervise and coach Analysts and Interns; support origination and business development.
