Infrastructure Sales Specialist - ICT (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) - UK Field Based - £55,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance and commission

FryerMiles are delighted to be assisting a leading Business Solutions provider, in their recruitment of a Infrastructure Sales Specialist - ICT to drive their next phase of growth. This is a new business sales role within their established Business Solutions division, with a specialist focus on Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud offerings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing ICT opportunities within the existing Managed Print Services (MPS) customer base, as well as securing new logo accounts. Success will be measured against individual sales targets, with clear accountability for pipeline development, forecasting, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business ICT sales across Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
  • Leverage existing MPS customer relationships to upsell and cross-sell ICT services.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new logo accounts across commercial and public sector industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's ICT portfolio and effectively position it within the market.
  • Engage in regular field-based sales activities, meeting customers face-to-face to develop opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in ICT Sales, specifically within Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
  • Experience selling into both commercial and public sector environments.
  • Ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business development.
  • Deep understanding of modern ICT environments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based role with travel as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Understanding of or prior experience working with our client's solution portfolio is highly advantageous.
