Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection partners with a leading UK infrastructure consultancy to grow its team. We are recruiting Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers at various levels for major programmes across water, utilities, rail, highways and aviation.

You will deliver cost and commercial management, take ownership of your outputs, and apply strong analytical skills to complex challenges. Hybrid working and a competitive package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Cost management, quantity surveying or commercial management experience.
• Experience with NEC3, NEC4 and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects (water, utilities, rail, highways or aviation).
• Progress towards chartership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and commercial management support across major projects.
• Take ownership of work and ensure quality of commercial advice.
• Apply analytical skills to project and commercial challenges.
• Plan, manage workload and identify value-adding opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams and stakeholders.
