First Recruitment Group is seeking a Project Manager for a significant £900m accommodation programme in the United Kingdom. The position involves developing a comprehensive site-wide master plan and managing client resources within the project team. Candidates must have infrastructure design management experience, hold a valid Security Clearance, and possess NEC 3 or NEC 4 Certification. The role requires hybrid working, with three days per week onsite at locations such as Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bristol, Barrow, or Clyde.

The project is to develop a site wide master plan and RIBA 2 design for a £900m accommodation programme. Our role is specifically to develop the plan and design; this is not a construction role. The role will see the individual managing client resources in the project team. Infrastructure design management experience is essential.

Requirements

• NEC 3 or NEC 4 Certified – Will also look at working towards being NEC Certified.
