Job summary

NUVIA UK in Glasgow is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure project delivery across preparation, delivery and commissioning phases, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Hybrid working is offered with on-site requirements as needed.

The role requires hands-on construction background, NEC4 contract experience, strong commercial sense, and the ability to manage budgets, risk and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction background with building services experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure works and managing costs.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts including change management.
• Ability to monitor quality, time and budget against plans.
• Strong commercial understanding and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Project management of preparation, delivery and commissioning phases.
• Lead project objectives and maintain momentum with the team.
• Manage contracts and relationships with industry partners and suppliers.
• Monitor financial performance and provide forecasting and reporting.
• Support project assurance, gateway reviews and governance.
• Close contracts and manage post-delivery maintenance agreements.
• Oversee risk processes and implement change control as needed.
