Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ delivery experience in construction or consultancy, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery model.
Candidates without NEC4 qualification must obtain it within 6 months.
Responsibilities
Lead the management of design, construction delivery, and commissioning of projects.
Administer and manage NEC4 contracts, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Oversee financial performance, including budget management and forecasting.
Skills
Delivery experience in construction or consultancy
Strong commercial awareness
Hands-on experience with NEC4 contracts
Experience delivering projects in complex environments
Collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery model experience
Primavera P6 knowledge
CEMAR or similar contract management systems
