Job summary

NUKEM Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager based in Helensburgh, Scotland. The successful candidate will lead projects across the full lifecycle, from early design to construction completion. A minimum of 10 years in construction or consultancy, with 5 years in a management role, is required. Strong commercial skills and NEC4 contract experience are essential. The role offers a hybrid work model with a focus on stakeholder management and project delivery oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ delivery experience in construction or consultancy, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery model.
• Candidates without NEC4 qualification must obtain it within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of design, construction delivery, and commissioning of projects.
• Administer and manage NEC4 contracts, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget management and forecasting.

Skills

Delivery experience in construction or consultancy

Strong commercial awareness

Hands-on experience with NEC4 contracts

Experience delivering projects in complex environments

Collaborative, multi-disciplinary delivery model experience

Primavera P6 knowledge

CEMAR or similar contract management systems
