Job summary

NUVIA UK is expanding its project planning capability and seeks a Project Planner in Glasgow. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated infra plans, coordinating across site directorates and engineering teams to ensure robust and timely delivery.

You will collate data, manage schedules in Primavera P6, and report on progress, risks and mitigations within a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience in planning across all project lifecycle stages.
• Ability to work with project teams to develop programmes.

Responsibilities

• Collate data from multiple sources into P6 resource-loaded schedules.
• Develop and manage Site Director’s Primavera P6 plans.
• Analyse discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities with integrated plans.
• Develop and manage a monthly integrated infra plan for strategic insight.
• Prepare monthly progress, change and mitigation reports.
