Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Glasgow seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead end-to-end project commissions on major infrastructure schemes, typically £10m-£25m, within transportation, utilities and highways. You will interface with clients, manage budgets and schedules, and drive governance across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation, and demonstrable experience on large schemes (£100m+).

Qualifications

• Candidates ideally hold a Civil Engineering degree.
• Experience on large infrastructure schemes (£100m+).
• NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation.
• Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions end-to-end service delivery for large/complex projects.
• Act as day-to-day client interface to meet objectives within time and cost targets and quality standards.
• Establish project governance, define requirements, schedules, budgets and control costs.
• Develop and implement resource plans and procurement; lead cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance using KPIs; manage changes and risk mitigation.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain stakeholder communications.
