Turner & Townsend is seeking Associates to support high-profile infrastructure projects across the South-East, based in our London office. You will lead complex programmes, mentor junior staff, and work with clients to deliver outcomes that improve lives.

You will drive planning, controls, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging experience across infrastructure sectors and a growth-minded, inclusive culture.

Formación

• Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across lifecycle.
• Ability to lead teams and handle ambiguous environments on commissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities for delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients deliver diverse, highly complex projects and programmes.
• Base in London, collaborate with teams across the South-East region.
• Lead and mentor project teams, own career development and performance.
• Create, manage, and adjust project/programme plans.
• Communicate effectively with senior client representatives and teams.
