Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Central South region to lead end-to-end project management commissions on major infrastructure projects. You will act as the key client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost targets, with a focus on quality and governance.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years on large schemes (£100m+), and Chartered/qualified status with ICE, APM, or RICS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions end-to-end, often on large or complex projects.
• Act as the day-to-day client interface to meet objectives and deliver to targets.
• Advise on strategic approaches to achieve client objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project requirements and success criteria.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Develop budgets and control costs against them.
• Manage project information flow with the client through meetings and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and monitor performance using KPIs.
