Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to join our expanding Project Management Infrastructure team in the Midlands. You will lead and co-ordinate project activities, ensuring governance and delivery across major infrastructure schemes.

You will drive health & safety, commercial performance, risk and quality, while developing a team of project managers and contributing to winning new work across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on major infrastructure projects (Rail, Highways, Utilities, Aviation and Power).
• Preferred NEC accreditation.
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering/Construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring governance and timely delivery.
• Understand, anticipate and deliver great outcomes for clients on infrastructure projects.
• Drive delivery, health & safety, commercial management, risk and quality on projects.
• Lead and facilitate a cross-functional project team and advise on procurement of resources.
• Manage project finances, reporting and client communications through regular meetings and written updates.
• Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages and support business development.
