Turner & Townsend seeks Associate Directors to drive delivery across a range of infrastructure projects from our London office, collaborating with client teams across the South-East region. You will champion high standards, coach colleagues, and play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and outcomes for high-profile programmes.

You will oversee safety, sustainability, and governance while fostering a one-business culture and developing client partnerships to deliver complex outcomes.

Formación

• Significant experience leading multiple disciplines, teams, advisors and clients on infrastructure projects across lifecycle.
• Strong leadership to set high standards and manage performance to exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Practical understanding of CDM and health, safety and wellbeing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor cross-disciplinary teams on infrastructure programmes.
• Manage procurement and contractor/advisor relationships across sectors.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
