Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a highly organised Senior Administrator to act as the administrative heartbeat on major infrastructure projects in Lochgilphead. You will manage the Common Data Environment, maintain document registers and support BIM 360 NextGen setup, while handling both digital and paper records on-site.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week and a PAYE salary of £15.50–£18.00 per hour, ASAP to 24/12/2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Advanced administrative background required.
• Must be highly organised and detail oriented.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Common Data Environment and keep project information up to date.
• Maintain an Operational Master Document Register.
• Support BIM 360 NextGen setup, folders, user rights and workflows.
• Handle both digital platforms and paper filing.
• Print construction drawings and manage filing; ensure information exchanges meet requirements.
