• Significant leadership experience across large, complex infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and CDM requirements in project delivery.
• Ability to shape strategy, drive value and manage risk across the lifecycle of projects.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior leaders to build a resilient team.
