Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Enterprise Services Administrator to lead the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms at our Knightsbridge flagship and beyond. You will drive the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy, translating objectives into roadmaps, governance frameworks and clear principles.

Collaborating with Architecture and Information Security, you will ensure security, scalability, and agility to support Harrods' growth

Qualifications

Experience across Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware Cloud Foundation and backup & disaster recovery technologies.
Deep technical knowledge across infrastructure automation and orchestration, Microsoft technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, enterprise networking, security, authentication and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of infrastructure security, IAM and cloud authentication is essential.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods.
Lead delivery and evolution of IT infrastructure strategy with clear roadmaps, principles and governance.
Collaborate with Architecture and Information Security to ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable and agile.
